Return & Exchange Policy
By purchasing from By Blesk, you understand there are no refunds, credits or exchanges if the products you ordered do not match your requirements or you have changed your mind. Please select items carefully. If you are unsure of anything, please contact us before making your purchase.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but you can request a refund or exchange of an item that has a MAJOR problem that you were unaware of. This is when the item has a problem that would have stopped someone buying it, if they had known about it.
By Blesk do not guarantee colours to be exactly the same as seen on your screen. We endeavour to make sure each product photograph is true to colour when it is published on our site, but unfortunately the resolution on each computer screen, tablet & smart phone is different. Therefore some colours may not be true and can slightly differ from our original photograph. If you are unsure of colours, we are happy to send you samples of our Fabrics or additional images if requested.
There is no exchange or refund on SALE items or products, which have been cut.
There is no exchange or refund on Wigs, Hats, Garments and Feather Boas for hygiene reasons.
By Blesk will happily exchange a product that has is faulty or was not the item that was ordered.
By Blesk will assess each individual return claim. Please email all claim details including photos of damaged or faulty goods & proof of purchase (receipt or online tax invoice) to firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 days of the purchase date. Should your return claim be approved we will contact your directly to arrange a credit/refund and return of the damaged/faulty goods.
A full refund or replacement of the goods can be offered on most items that have been purchased excluding Postage/Shipping costs. Any refund will be processed using the original method of payment. If no proof of purchase can be given, By Blesk are unable to offer a Return or Exchange.
Please note: For customer security, please only return products via carriers with tracking services or by insured Australian mail. By Blesk are not responsible for lost or stolen returns, or damage to goods caused during return shipping. Please make sure parcels being returned have a tracking number (this will be your confirmation of receipt by the warehouse). Unless the product was faulty or not the item that was ordered all return Shipping & Freight costs are the responsibly of the customer and are non refundable.
By Blesk reserve the right to reject the return of goods, which are not returned in the accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy above.
