Deliveries within Australia

We strive to send all items the quickest method available, which can and does range from Australia Post, Freight Companies, Couriers, Overnight Satchel and Express Post.

Authority to leave can be requested as well as specific delivery instructions in the notes section on the checkout page. By Blesk take no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels should the parcel be left at a location determined safe by the courier.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Once goods have left our care, we will notify you and advise you of the tracking number.

All Orders within Australia

Standard Post: Parcels are sent out using standard shipping. Delivery times can vary, depending on your location. Please allow 2-10 business days for standard delivery. Regional orders may take longer.

Western Australian standard deliveries may experience longer times due to the road/rail transport system. Should you live in Western Australia and require prompt delivery we highly encourage you to select Express Post at checkout.

Express Post: If you require your goods to be sent urgently, please select Express Postage when checking out. Express shipping is available to most postcodes in Australia with some areas having next business day estimated delivery while others have 2-3 business days estimated delivery.

Shipping Insurance

At a small additional cost you can add shipping insurance to your order giving you piece of mind for your delivery. Simply check the ‘Add Shipping Insurance’ box located on the checkout page when you place your order to arrange. Shipping insurance will cover the replacement of your goods if they are are lost or damaged while they’re in the care of Australia Post.

  • Cover is available for parcels valued up to $5,000.

  • Claims can only be made for the replacement of the goods and not for consequential loss due to damage, delayed delivery or loss.

  • If in the unfortunate circumstance you have experienced a lost or damaged parcel during shipping and took out shipping insurance for that order please contact us and provide as much evidence as possible to support the claim.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders received by 10am (AEST) Monday– Thursday, are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders received after 10am (AEST) are typically processed the following business day.

  • Orders received on Mondays, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays are typically processed the following business day.

Please note: During busy times (eg: during a sale) a longer processing time can be expected. Delays of 1-3 days can also be expected if we need to transfer stock to complete your order. We always attempt to prioritise express shipping orders.

Holiday Periods

We will notify customers via our Website, of holidays & times the store is closed due to public holidays & Christmas closure dates. Orders will not be dispatched for delivery during these times.

Back Orders

In some cases, shipping may be delayed if any items are out of stock & you want your order to wait until all goods arrive in stock. By Blesk will notify you of these instances, via email. Goods will only be placed on Back Order if you request this.
